- Assign needed resources
- Improve scene safety
- Provide crucial Pre-Arrival Instructions even in high-risk childbirth situations (breech, etc.)
- Provide effective Dispatch Life Support
- Learn the new Compressions 1st CPR
- Safely prioritize calls
- Acquire National Certification
- Questions you can ask to assist in the prosecution of suspects
