This training will define & explain Sexual Harassment (SH), Hostile Work Environment (HWE), Workplace Harassment (WH), & Quid Pro Quo (QPQ) according to Civil Rights Legislation, Title VII. Participants will recognize immediate & long-term impacts on harassed employees & third-party affected employees, causing fractured department morale. Participants will discuss why harassed employees don’t file complaints. They will identify examples of unwelcomed, advances, requests, & demands of SH. Instructor will discuss how every employee can protect themselves from harassment, examining the differences between professional & intimate inappropriate relationship communication. The instructor will identify all accountabilities of Field Trainers, Supervisors, and Commanders once they are aware of SH, WH, or HWE.
