*Training will be hands on and intensive; therefore, participants are advised to wear loose fitting clothing and tennis shoes*
The 4E instructor course is a two-day course designed to present a progressive and adaptive training platform that provides mission critical solutions for todays and tomorrow’s challenges to safety. This class is designed to give participants intensive training in active shooter situations and become an effective instructor in the 4E program.
This program is designed to accommodate a building’s needs for active shooter/intruder scenarios. The 4E
program is targeted at civilian response to an active shooter/intruder situation (i.e. teachers, administrators, unarmed security, board members, employees, etc.)
After completing the 16-hour Instructor Class, the participant will be able to instruct classes for his/her police department, school district. Or place of business. Tier One Tactical Solutions, LLC will also provide continuing support and guidance to instructors in order to facilitate implementation of the training to your organization.
