This course provides leadership advice from a Two-Star General with a unique perspective on leadership. General H. Brent Baker Sr. (Retired) provides military and nonmilitary leadership advice, often using positive and negative examples as reinforcement. Examples will apply to trainees’ individual lives and careers. Using the very best of the “military mindset”, the trainee will learn to rise above leadership challenges and apply lessons to all fields and endeavors. The “leadership tips”, presented can be used for years to come.
