This training is designed to provide a refresher for investigators who investigate Sexual Abuse in Confinement Settings and is designed to address the requirements outlined in the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) standard. This training contains a review of information fundamentally designed to provide understanding of the concepts required by PREA standard and best practice in investigating incidents of sexual abuse.
