32 Hour Juvenile Officers Certification Course-ON-LINE

This course is designed to meet the 32-hour certification requirement for the Basic Police Juvenile Officer Certification Course.  This program will provide skills and techniques in handling juvenile problems in our society and training in dealing with various juvenile situations.  Participants will take a detailed look at the updated Juvenile Court Act and its implication in the field.  Juvenile gangs, substance abuse, and alternative to detention, abuse, neglect, missing children, exploitation, criminal sexual assault, trauma-informed response, and more will be covered.
