This one day, 4-hour program has been designed to update officers concerning the changes in the statutory law in relation to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act.

- Provide a complete analysis of the application of the FOIA Law in Illinois.
- Allow Illinois Law Enforcement Agencies and FOIA Officers to analyze Binding PAC Opinions and recent Case Law involving FOIA.
- Provide an opportunity to discuss the best ways to react to FOIA requests when they are received.
