The Course goals/objectives are listed below:
The Course goals/objectives are listed below:
- Develop Instructor Candidates capabilities to conduct initial end-user training for their agency.
- Develop Instructor Candidates capabilities to conduct sustainment training for their agency.
- Develop Instructor Candidates ability to write lesson plans and training documentation.
- Candidate will demonstrate capability to perform lead and assistant instructor tasks during student teach back sessions on assigned topic.
- Candidate will develop a written short duration scenario on specific topic.
- Candidate develops written lesson plan for 20-25 program of instruction as part of a simulated in-service training day as their final graded FTX.
