Members of the law enforcement profession begin their careers as passionate, idealistic, enthusiastic people who are often heard saying “I can’t believe they pay me to do this job.”  Almost immediately, they are exposed to the “realities of the job” (subtle day-to-day pressures/demands) that, without an effective strategy, can lead to frustration, anger, disillusionment, burnout and serious health issues.

This presentation offers a combination of practical information and strategies that the participants can use to help prevent the day-to-day pressures from destroying the very things they have worked so hard to build.  It will help them develop & maintain a sense of and resilience; which is needed for their own long-term professional and personal well-being.
