The Peoria Experience.
U.S. Department of Transportation National Highway Traffic Safety Administration

Synopsis: Over a three year period (1994-1996) the new Superintendent of Police Arthur Kelly III changed the Peoria Police Department from a responsive to a proactive agency and emphasized aggressive traffic enforcement. The results are impressive. Traffic crashes, citizen generated calls, part one crimes, violent crimes and property crimes all decreased while traffic citations issued, officer initiated activity, DUI arrests and other custodial arrests increased as a result.

This item is a window sticker designed for entrances to establishments which sell alcoholic beverages. If your local businesses don't have these stickers on their entrances, you may find that distributing them would fit in well with your community oriented policing programs.
